Description

The new Liebenfels Education Centre is a future-oriented place of learning that will provide impetus for the entire community far beyond its use as a school. In collaboration with the architecture firm DI Ernst Roth and the artist Melitta Moschik (Kunst am Bau), an overall concept was developed that gives education, architecture and public space a common language. Architekturbüro DI Ernst Roth und der Künstlerin Melitta Moschik (Kunst am Bau) wurde ein Gesamtkonzept entwickelt, das Bildung, Architektur und öffentlichem Raum eine gemeinsame Sprache verleiht.

The redesigned main square forms the interface between the community, educational institution and the public - a place of encounter, exchange and identification.

The mast lights in the area of the town square provide safety and orientation in the evening and at night. Targeted accent lighting deliberately emphasises architectural and artistic elements, creates atmosphere and contributes to the identity of the public space.
