Unterschiedliche Nutzungsm\u00f6glichkeiten sind bereits bei den ersten Planungsschritten integrativer Bestandteil des Entwurfes. Die Grundrisse wurden in mehreren iterativen Schritten gemeinsam mit dem Bauherrn optimiert. Dynamik und Eleganz erh\u00e4lt das Geb\u00e4ude \u00fcber seine Proportionen und die Fensterb\u00e4nder, welche skulptural aus der Fassade geschnitten werden.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n        <\/div>\n    \n
