Ziel des Projekts war es, drei inselartige Grundst\u00fccke innerhalb einer gewachsenen Siedlung aus Einfamilienh\u00e4usern und Wohnbauten behutsam zu entwickeln und harmonisch in den Ortsraum einzuf\u00fcgen.
